Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Fitpose for the Fitpose app and this website. By using Fitpose, you agree to them. They work together with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect and why.

the short version

  • Your photos and your closet stay yours. We use them only to run Fitpose for you.
  • Fitpose Pro is billed by Apple and renews automatically until you cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings.
  • Your cover photo has to be you. Add other people only with their permission, and never upload nude or sexual images.
  • AI looks are previews. Fit, size and color can look different in real life.
  • If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems are quick to fix.

Who we are

Fitpose is an iPhone app that turns photos of your clothes into a digital closet, builds looks from it and shows them on a photo of you. In these terms, “Fitpose”, “we” and “us” mean the team behind the app, and “you” means the person using it. You can reach us at furkankar6@icloud.com.

If you got Fitpose from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two differ about your license to use the app itself, Apple’s agreement applies. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

  • You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple Account secure: what happens in Fitpose while you’re signed in counts as done by you.
  • You need to be at least 13 to use Fitpose, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age. If you’re under 18, check with a parent or guardian before you subscribe.
  • An account is for one person. Don’t share it, sell it, or sign in as someone else.

Fitpose Pro, trials and billing

Fitpose is free to download. Adding clothes, rendering looks, your stylist and the other AI features need Fitpose Pro, an auto-renewable subscription. Without it you can still open what is already in Fitpose, and you can always export or delete your data.

  • Apple sells and bills Fitpose Pro through the App Store. The price, the length of each period and any free trial are shown on the subscription screen, in your currency, before you confirm.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the rest of the trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your data doesn’t cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
  • If the price goes up, Apple tells you in advance and, where its rules or the law require it, asks for your agreement before you pay more.

Your photos and content

You own what you add to Fitpose: your photos, your closet, your notes and your stylist chats. We don’t claim ownership of any of it.

So that Fitpose can work, you allow us to store, copy, process and show your content, and to send it to the service providers listed in our privacy policy, only to run Fitpose for you: cutting out garments, rendering looks, answering your stylist chats and keeping your account in sync. This permission ends when you delete the content or your data, apart from the copies our privacy policy says we or our providers keep for a limited time.

We don’t use your photos or conversations to train AI models, and we never publish your content. You promise that you have the right to add what you add, and that it follows these terms.

Using Fitpose fairly

Please don’t:

  • Use a photo of someone else as your cover photo. Fitpose is for seeing clothes on you.
  • Upload photos of other people without their permission, or a photo of any child other than yourself.
  • Upload nude, sexual or violent images, or anything illegal, hateful or harassing.
  • Use Fitpose to make images meant to deceive, embarrass or impersonate anyone.
  • Copy, resell or sublicense Fitpose, or get around the subscription, our limits or our security, for example by scraping, reverse engineering or automating the app.
  • Overload our servers or our AI providers.

Every AI request costs us money to run. To keep Fitpose fast and affordable for everyone, we may set fair-use limits on AI features, such as how many looks can be rendered in a day.

We may remove content or suspend access when something breaks these rules, as explained in Changes, suspension and ending.

What AI can and can’t promise

Fitpose uses AI to cut out garments, render looks on your photo, suggest outfits and chat as your stylist. AI can get things wrong.

  • A rendered look is a preview, not a promise. Fit, size, color, fabric and drape can look different in real life.
  • Stylist suggestions are ideas for getting dressed, not professional advice.
  • When the stylist suggests a piece to buy, the link opens a Google Shopping search. We don’t sell anything, we earn nothing from those links, and we aren’t responsible for other shops, their products or their prices.

You decide what to wear and what to buy.

Our app

The Fitpose app and this website, including their design, the stylist characters and the images we supply, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fitpose on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store’s rules allow. Anything we don’t expressly give you, we keep.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Apple and other services

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Fitpose or its content, and has no obligation to maintain or support it.

Fitpose relies on other companies, such as Apple for sign-in and payments and the providers listed in our privacy policy for storage and AI. Their own terms apply to their services. If a provider changes or stops a service, the feature that uses it may change or stop too.

Changes, suspension and ending

  • We keep improving Fitpose, so features can change, and some may be added or removed. If we remove something important that you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance where we can.
  • We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect, and change the date at the top. If you keep using Fitpose after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, stop using Fitpose and cancel your subscription.
  • You can stop using Fitpose at any time. To remove your data, use Delete my data in Settings, under Data & Privacy, or email us. Then cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings.
  • We may suspend or close your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other people or Fitpose. Unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it, we’ll tell you why and give you a way to get your data.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep Fitpose running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your particular needs.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for Fitpose in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Problems and your rights as a consumer

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.

If you use Fitpose as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
