To help us fix things faster, include:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version, from Settings, then General, then About.
  • What you were doing and what happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

Getting started

  • Your cover photo. Use one full-body photo, head to shoes, standing in good light against a plain background. Fitpose uses it for every look. Subscribers can change it in Settings, under My Avatar.
  • Adding clothes. Photograph one piece at a time on a plain surface that contrasts with it, or take a photo of yourself in a whole outfit. Fitpose cuts out each garment and adds it to your closet.
  • Your daily look. The Cover builds a look from your closet every day. Tap a piece to swap it, then see the look on your photo.

More answers are in the FAQ.

When something goes wrong

  • A garment didn’t cut out well. Retake the photo in brighter, even light, with the whole piece in frame and nothing overlapping it.
  • A look won’t render. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, email us and tell us roughly when it happened.
  • Sign in with Apple doesn’t finish. Make sure you’re signed in to your Apple Account in your iPhone’s Settings, then try again.
  • Pro is still locked after you subscribed. Open the subscription screen and tap Restore at the bottom. If it stays locked, email us.

Subscription and billing

  • Free trial. The yearly plan starts with 3 free days. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
  • Cancel or change your plan. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
  • Restore a purchase. New iPhone, or reinstalled Fitpose? Tap any Pro feature to open the subscription screen, then tap Restore at the bottom.
  • Refunds. Apple handles payments and refunds. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The full rules are in our Terms of Use.

Your data

  • Export. In Fitpose, go to You, then Settings, then Data & Privacy, and tap Export my data.
  • Delete. In the same place, tap Delete my data. It removes your profile, closet, looks, history and photos from your account, and it can’t be undone.
  • Delete everything. To also remove your sign-in record and anything else we still hold, email us and we’ll take care of it.

The privacy policy lists exactly what each step removes.

Report a problem

If a stylist reply or a rendered look is offensive or harmful, or you think someone used your photo without permission, email us with a screenshot and we’ll look into it.
